This can be a FREE Plug-in released by Microsoft, you are able to download it from Microsoft.
Then install the plug-in on your own computer. When you create Office document, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Office files, click Save As, then choose PDF to help you publish a copy of the document as a PDF file.

It can be downloaded and used completely FREE of charge for just about any purpose. When you finished a report, you are able to save it as MS word format or click file, select Export as PDF.
